Goals of RI District 3292 for 2008-09

1.         Club Extension & Consolidation:

            •           Organise 5 new clubs,

            •           Strengthen clubs having less than 20 members

            •           Average attendance in RWM to 60%
 

2.         TRF Contribution: US$ 150,000.
            (5 Major Donors, 100 PHF, 2 100% PHF Clubs, 100 sustaining members)
            Every Rotarian Every Year ($100 x 1500) 

3)         3.         Membership Retention & Development Netgrowth: 150 members including 30
            new   lady members  

4.         Services

4.1       Health & Hunger

•           10,000 IOL Operations,

•           Raise Disaster Relief Fund to Rs. 5 lacs

•           Collaborate with GON, UN and other Agencies,

•                      •           Each club take up a project to help physically challenged persons in
                        their community

•           Vision screening of 100,000 school children

•           400 Wheel chairs distribution to disabled persons

•                       •          Undertake women’s health projects on Breast cancer, Prolapsed
                        Uterus,

•           Each club takes part in Polio Plus activities  

4.2       Services (Literacy)

•           Each club adopts one VDC and try to make it 100% literate,

•           Provide scholarship to 200 more Girl Child

            •           Organise 4 vocational trainings

            •           Provide 100 computers to schools
 

           4.3       Services (Water & Sanitation)

•           Provide 50 new toilets in schools

•           Take up projects for Rain Water harvesting

•           Promote use of Solar energy

•           Waste management projects with local municipalities

•           Provide safe drinking water to 50 villages of Dalits
 

4.4       Services (Youth)

•           Organise two Youth Exchange programs,

•           Strengthen Rotaract clubs and extend 5 new clubs

•           RYLA program

•           One GSE Exchange program

•           Extend Interact clubs in school & communities

5.         General Administrative Club's involvement in District activities:

•           100% attendance in PETS

•           50% of members attend District Conference

•           15% of members attend other District Events

•           Enhance Rotary Image through Mass Media, Press Mets etc;

•           Increase participation in RLI (Rotary     Leadership Institute)
